Capacity development is the process through which organisations,individuals and communities obtain, strengthen and maintain their capabilities to set and achieve their own development objectives over time.

Working in consultation with the client organisation, we apply the information collected through capacity assessment to develope a capacity development strategy. Components of capacity development may include systems, structures, processes, values, skills and resources. Through synergy, the various components  confer the desired range of management and technical capabilities.
